The Seventh Gazprom Neft Cup has wound up in Omsk. Tournament organizers have picked the best players in seven categories based on their performance throughout the tournament.

Nikita Savchenko of the Omsk Avangard was identified as the best offensive player. Over four days of games, the forward Savchenko earned twelve points according to the “goals plus assists” scoring system, meaning that he scored four goals for his team directly and also scored indirectly with eight assists.

Nikita Shuidin, an offensive player of the Moscow team CSKA, earned the same number of points as Savchenko under the “goals plus assists” scoring system. However, Shuidin was the top scorer because he scored 6 goals for his team, which is more than Nikita Savchenko did.

In spite of the fact that his team did not make it to the final game of the tournament, the best goalie was Yegor Gorshkov of Lokomotiv. And finally, the best coach, according to fifteen of his peers, was Anton Corredor of CSKA.
